My intent is
to pass on information that will persuade you that
I have something to say that has value to an
audience. I have had a lot of speaking experience -
around 2000 presentations of one form or another.
Most of my recent speaking has been to audiences
that I addressed as a Naval Reserve Rear Admiral.

During my Navy career I planned dozens for
events from 20 people to 1000. I have had speakers
not show, at the last minute - I have had
VIP speakers who declined
their invitation, and then showed up any way. And
I fit them into an already crowded schedule: with
apparent seemlessness. I am personally an early arriver,
low-maintenance but high-energy, crowd pleasing
speaker. My aim is to be
the Meeting Planners best friend.
I have a vision, mission, and
goals. Plus a "Content Sheet"
- some times called a "one sheet" -
along with rave testimonials.
My focused umbrella topic is, "Leadership Navigation
from the Admiral."
I love speaking and the audience senses that - and sees
the obvious air of ease and authenticity. I am naturally
an appropriate "humor in context" person.
And I walk my talks - in front of, around, and among
the people there.
I want my presence at your meeting to have an impact,
a combined active effort of the audience and me.
I interactively involve the people around me - and have
for years - so that the
output is based on the US, the WE, coming out
with a memorable, remembered and valuable
result - not just me feeding my ego
as a "one-person
show."
I don't want to be heard today, forgotten tomorrow.
I am very good at speaking - and
persuading. Let's do an event together!
I need your audience and you need my speaking
and leadership skills. If we start early I can
assist in setting a theme - and then keynote to
that theme when the event comes true.
